Buyer reviewKim helped us sell our home & purchase a new home. We had an accepted contract on the sale of our current home within 3 days with multiple offers to choose from. Kim went over each offer with us & the different loan types that the buyers were using. With the purchase of our current home, we found out there was an AC/heating issue that the sellers did not disclose & wasn't picked up by the inspector (the tenants notified us of this). Kim had to do a last minute negotiation less than a week before closing. She was able to locate the repair estimate from McWilliams & Son to have additional proof that the sellers did not disclose the information. The sellers gave a concession so we would feel more comfortable knowing the repairs were done. It was definitely stressful & aggravating to find this out, but Kim got it handled quickly for us.
