Seller reviewI had held the property for many years and paid the taxes on it over all the time I had owned it, but had not been back to the property since my Dad's death! Both my brother and I had offered our properties to family that we thought might want it, but there were no takers and since we are both getting along in age, felt the best thing would be to sell it so that someone else could enjoy it! Kim was very professional and handled all of the required documentation thru my niece Wendy, my brother's daughter, who works in Realistate here in Wisconsin which I am very greatful for!!

Her communication and commitment was top notch as she explained the process very thoroughly so we could understand all of the ins and outs of purchasing a home. She also helped so much with getting our vendor to move along smoothly. The fact that we were able to put an offer in and end up closing in just a month's time is amazing! She is so so nice and genuinely felt like a friend! I would without a doubt immediately give her name to anyone who is looking to purchase a home.
