Seller reviewKim Podsednik was on-top of her game. We had a 13-year old, large home sitting on about 2 acres of land, out in the country. A tough sale. Kim stayed positive and encouraging, the entire time. She kept us from giving up. Kim helped us sell our old house and purchase a new one. We only had 9 days to find a new one! She was patient with us, especially when asked the same questions over and over. Unbeknownst to us, one activity that Kim performs is to take notes, on the listing printout, of our reactions when we enter a house for a viewing. She notated our facial expressions, keywords that we used, if one of us liked a listing and the other didn't. This was invaluable to us in narrowing down our list and ultimately helping us make the best decision for us. Kim Podsednik is a smart, professional, ingenious asset on your team!! She is, now, our realtor for life!
