Seller reviewKimberly Toogood is nothing short of a miracle worker. She shies away from no task and rises to meet any challenge. Ms. Toogood represented us not only for the sale of the family home, but also for the management of a major estate overhaul following the passing of our father - with both of us brothers being out of state (one of us being ~5 hours away in central Illinois and the other living in Europe). She managed everything from one end to the other -- from connecting us to an excellent estate sale company, to decluttering, cleaning, staging, and completing the necessary improvements prior to the sale. Importantly, she took a caring, hands-on approach that was vital since our families live well outside of the state. Her stepping in after a massive storm took down some major trees and coordinating fence and gutter repairs was invaluable and a true Godsend. There are not enough stars on the spectrum for us to express our satisfaction -- and our appreciation -- for Ms. Toogood.
