She went out of her way to show us a property on a holiday weekend! She allowed us all the time we needed to look over each property in order to make a good decision for us. Buyer reviewSeveral years ago Kim Haneline-Patmore and I had talked about a neighborhood where I would like to live some day. She had even shown me some homes. The timing wasn't quite right and we did not buy anything then. About four years later, when a home became available in that neighborhood, Kim called me and showed me the home. She even made suggestions where I could place my furniture (Kim had been to my home so she knew what I had and what was important for me to take to the new home). Throughout the whole process of selling the old home and buying the new one, Kim Haneline-Patmore was friendly, paid attention to details, professional and guided me along the way toward getting into my new home. I would highly recommend Kim to anyone interested in buying or selling a home.

I have worked with many real estate professionals over the years and never had a better experience...she was excellent and fully professional in every respect and I could not have ask for more or better service.

Seller reviewKim Haneline-Patmore took care of everything - even things I had not thought of. She arranged to have a plumber fix an issue at the new house. I didn't need to figure out whom to call. Kim was one step ahead of the game. She was very good at explaining things to me. She very calmly let me know what things I could do - like throwing away or donating things that would not fit into the new house and packing every day. Kim even made helpful suggestions about how to arrange my old furniture into my new house and even said that she would help me choose the right sized TV for my larger living room! It is obvious to me that Kim knows what she is doing and made me feel less stressed in a very stressful time of my life. I would totally recommend her to anyone who needed to buy or sell a house.
