Buyer reviewDawn was amazing from start to finish (and even beyond that!) We are a retired military family, who were looking to finally settle and grow roots. As first time homeowners, Dawn provided all the answers for us! We couldn't tour the houses in person, and she was sure to point out every detail, good and bad, so we could make our own informed decision when it came to buying. She kept in constant contact, despite how busy she was! We are beyond thankful we found her, and feel incredibly lucky she snagged us a wonderful house! Thank you Dawn!

Buyer reviewJodi is on it all the time, I never once had doubts. She was always on time for everything, paperwork was a breeze, she made sure it was perfect and had everything listed and worded great. She was always there for questions and I knew she was always 100 percent devoted to me and my needs. I will never look or need another person again because I will always keep coming back to her. She is extremely professional, integrity is high, I knew she was thinking 10 steps ahead and had everything moving along nicely. Even when the seller's agent was taking forever she was always pushing to get everything done and can honestly say best first (technically second but first fell through before closing) house expensive ever. She is definitely great at her job and I have already recommended her to multiple people thinking of a house.

Seller reviewDawn is a fantastic person who we got acquainted with when we decided to make our downsizing move With her helping us through that process we felt comfortable that she would make every effort to help us in the sale of our house which Dawn met all of our expectations Dawn was there for any questions we had all the way through the process Thank Dawn on our behalf I feel she went over and above her main purpose of bringing a buyer to the seller Dawn pointed out to us some things that made our house more pleasant looking since it was setting empty I wanted to sell it on my own but felt that a company with a broad exposure was best since the hot market was over It proved in my view to be the best decision since Dawn was able to get us an a immediate buyer

Buyer reviewKim Haneline-Patmore is a hard working, dedicated broker. She showed us at least 30 houses. She was always respectful and kind. We weren't easy and the market made it extra tough. After putting offers on 5 houses, we were successful! Kim did everything possible to find us a home, including making herself available almost 24/7. She did a fantastic job. I would refer her top anyone looking for a home. She's very knowledgeable and helpful.

Buyer reviewThis was a quick decision that had to be revised at least once, but ultimately we found the right home. Dawn rode this bumpy ride all the way with us. She understood our feelings and was our advocate without having to be told. She shared in our joy to be close to our great granddaughter. She also was appreciative of my granddaughter's efforts in finding the right house. This definitely was a collaborative venture. It was nice to have Dawn's expertise especially when it came to the legal maze involved in buying a house.
