My name is Kim Harris and I have been a Realtor with Century 21, House of Realty, INC since 2013. My husband, David and I have been married since 2004 and we have 4 kids, Bo, Lily, Ethan and Cooper. We currently reside in Pittsburg and are active in community events. We have lived and worked in the Southern Illinois region for our entire lives and our kids are immersed in the community through sports and other extracurricular activities. We attend church at Arnold View Freewill Baptist Church in Creal Springs.
I have been a Quality Service Award Winner for Century 21 for 2017, 2018, 2020, and 2021. I was named Top Producer for Century 21, House of Realty in September 2022. Buyer reviewKim was extremely professional, courteous, and friendly. We had only had 6 days to find us our new home, having flown in from Florida to house hunt. We did our research from 14 and narrowed it down to about 5 homes we wanted to see. Kim went above and beyond to accommodate our tight schedule and was able to show us all of them without difficulty. Closing on house went very smooth without any hiccups and always met with us in a punctual manner. Communication was superb and readily available to address any concerns we both had. Buyer reviewKim went above and beyond my expectations. We had several last minute changes and requests from mortgage and she met each obstacle headon with phenomenal outcomes. We were in different time zones and she made herself available to our schedule, worked with sellers and all departments to get repairs, inspections and appraisals scheduled for us. I would absolutely recommend her as a friendly, professional and highly competent real estate agent. Couldn't have asked for better. On a scale of 1-10 she is a 20!
