Kimberly was referred by my sister and I trust her judgement. She was prompt in meeting with us, because we flew in to meet her. Kimberly spent as much time as possible, until called away for a family emergency. We would have loved to spend more time with her, but it didn't happen. I would use her again, if needed.

Kimberly responded very promptly to our inquiry on the 55+ Palm Grove site. We could tell over the phone that she would be a pleasure to work with. She understood our "tastes" after one viewing and identified our eventual successful purchase as a great match for us. It was the 2nd house we looked at! Kimberly was the utmost professional throughout our purchasing process. With our SNOWBIRD situation she was very aware of and accommodating of our time restrictions. She also explained the US terminology (we're Canadian) to us-clarifying our concerns. Kimberly reassured us throughout that a "mail away" closing would be efficient and easily executed. Working with Kim was a pleasure from beginning to end. I live in CT and was purchasing this home long-distance. She couldn't have been more helpful and made the whole process easy. She responded to texts and calls immediately and made sure everything was done in a timely fashion. She supervised the home inspection, as I was in CT and updated me throughout. I never doubted that I was in good hands. From viewing the home , making the offer, up to closing everything went smoothly.
