Buyer reviewWe worked with Kimberly for over a year. The first home we tried to purchase last year fell through and it was very upsetting. Kimberly remained positive and upbeat and as soon as we were ready to start the process again, she was available and showed us every house we were interested in. Anything she felt wasn't right about a house, she would let us know, so that we could make an informed decision. We finally found the house of our dreams and she took over and got everything done and we closed within a month. I would highly recommend her!

Seller reviewHad previously met Kimberly when showing our condo and really impressed me! I would say the one most important thing would be is we had confidence that Kimberly would get the deal done! And she did! We had some challenging issues with the fact that our condo was under litigation, but with Kimberly's understanding of the local market on Daniel Island she was able to make a deal with the perspective buyers. I would say without doubt, I would use Kimberly again because she understood our issues and fought to get us the right deal on our property! That is a rarity in today's world! I would highly recommend using Century 21 Properties Plus for all your sales needs!
