Seller reviewKim went above and beyond when it came to showings. She was excellent in communicating feedback from perspective buyers. This is our 3rd time having Kim as our agent. I don't really want to move again, but if I do I'm calling Kim!

Seller reviewMs. Thomas was very professional but also down to earth, at the same. Her experience with the market, both in selling and buying were outstanding. I did not buy a home before she sold my house but, with her help, I did find, my dream home, after she sold my property on Flamingo. She listened to everything I told her ( and ask some questions of her own ) about, what, and where, i wanted to buy. What I needed, in a home, to make me comfortable and happy and of-course what I wanted to spend. She negotiated to get me the price I could afford, and also had the price lowered to take care of some repairs, that came up during the inspection, while being fair to the seller, also. She stayed right there with me and made sure my loan went through without a any problem. I would recommend her to anyone wanting to Sell or Buy a home, Anywhere, Anytime, Any place!

Buyer reviewMs. Thomas ask all the right questions, so she would know exactly what kind of home to look for, for me. She was always listening to what I had to say and would always ask questions if she did not understand something I was saying. She also sold my house to the first couple that looked at it! She was very professional at all times and down to earth, at the same time. You could tell she was very experienced by the way she acted and how she had all the answers I needed. I would recommend her to Anyone who needed to sell or buy! She will get the job done, well and as fast as possible.
