Seller reviewKirk Williams has been our property manager for many years. He has always acted in our best interests and kept up informed immediately as issues arose. He and Ramona have always kept on top of all issues with tenants and always maintained good relations with them and with the Homeowners Association of the condo we owned in Ocean Beach. We have never had a single problem in all the years they worked with us managing the condo.

Seller reviewFor anyone considering the purchase or sale of real estate, I would recommend Kirk Williams and his team. We recently completed the sale of a unique home in Poway. Due to acreage and a high listing price relative to square footage, the property took longer than most to sell. Kirk and his team were patient and disciplined with the listing price, and diligent with weekly open houses. Because the property was vacant since listing, Kirk and his team were vital in keeping the property sale-ready, and informing me of anything that needed attention. I don't know of another team in San Diego that is as dedicated to their clients as Kirk and Ramona are. For anyone considering buying or selling, you owe it to yourself to meet with this team.
