Buyer reviewI was in a bind and Kris understood. With that said, I loved her sense of urgency while finding me my new home. I also love how honest and straightforward she always was about everything that was going on. Most importantly, she actually cared. It wasn't all about commission, she actually wanted to make sure that I was comfortable and loved what I was renting/buying.

Buyer reviewAs first time homebuyers, I didn't know what to expect when my husband and I first decided to start looking for a home. My sister had previously worked with Kris, looking for her own house, and recommended her. Kris was friendly and easy going, and gave me a number to text so I could communicate with her easily. She was encouraging when I felt overwhelmed or worried about finding a house, and learned our interests quickly, making herself better able to spot houses that suited us. When we did find a house, she offered suggestions, provided guidance, and kept us calm against 2 other offers, to get our offer accepted. She also provided references for services we might need in the future, people she has worked with and trusts. I loved working with Kris Riley and I recommend her knowledge and expertise wholeheartedly.

Kris Riley, Todd Call and Gina Harrison are the real estate A-Team!!! Anything that I didn't know she Broke it down to were I could digest it. My experience was like a 1st rolling coaster ride. In the end it was a beautiful experience.
