Let me start out telling you that Kristin was the best real estate agent I have ever had and this is my fourth home purchase. I was referred to her through a family member and she didn't disappoint. Kristin worked fast to get me setup to look at houses that fit my criteria and I was in a time crunch with less than three days to find and bid on a home to purchase. She orchestrated such a great plan and we looked at 15 houses in under a 24 hour period. From start to finish there was no stone left unturned and all my expectations where met and exceeded. She handled all the inspections, negotiations and assured me that we would be able to close on time even with all the strict requirements that my lender put on us. We ended up closing four days early allowing me and my family to not have to stay in a hotel which would have been very taxing on us as a family considering my wife and I have three daughters, two dogs and a cat. I want to sincerely thank her for all of her hard work and dedication making me and my family's dreams come true!

My wife and I are from Chicago and have relocated to Florida. We started the home search in Oct. '21 and ultimately decided on building a new home. The process of building a home in the current market is not for the faint-of-heart. It took a year and a half to build our home. First off; the competition to get certain lots at the end of 2021 was fierce. We got lucky on our location where so many other people failed to secure a similar lot. This was 100% because of Kristi. She knows all the key players in the Orlando market and has some of the very best rhetoric skills I've every witnessed. Her local knowledge is unprecedented. Kristi was with us EVERY SINGLE STEP OF THE WAY, throughout the entire year and a half process, from choosing the lot, to assisting all day at the design studio, countless visits to the property, countless meetings with the builder, every inspection, every last meeting toward the last couple weeks to completion and at the sale close. She brings knowledge to clients like us who have zero local knowledge and she brings comfort every every step of the way because of her attention to detail, people skills and absolute unrelentless pursuit of client satisfaction. Kristi is the very best of the best and we will refer her to everyone we know, just as she was referred to us.
