Kristi was great in helping us with the purchase of our new home! She negotiated a wonderful price, got us a lot of money from the Builder for closing and prepaids, and helped with all inspections and walkthroughs. This was our second time building a home, but this time we had a realtor that cared and helped us every step of the way. We had several issues with the builder and Kristi was extremely helpful in getting them sorted out. This made the process much less stressful. Not only did Kristi help us with purchasing our new home, she also sold our current home. She made the process seem easy.
