I am well versed in residential and land sales. I have 25 years of forestry and natural resources experience along with a forestry degree from Washington State University. My expertise in land management, developed through years of work in both public and private sectors, sets me apart in the real estate industry. I also have a forestry side business for those interested in forestland. Beyond my professional life, my boyfriend, Jeff, and I enjoy remodeling our home, working on our property and spending time outdoors together. We also spend time with Jeff's daughter during her breaks from Western Washington University and enjoy hearing about her new experiences. I also like to ride my horses when time allows. My genuine passion for properties and the outdoors fuels my dedication to helping clients find their dream homes or investment properties. One thing I learned about her that impressed me: Kristi has a background as a forester. I think that gives her excellent judgment in evaluating and presenting rural land well. Certainly she did mine.
