Buyer reviewI just want to say this was my husband and I's first large purchase, we bought land, and Kristen was absolutely amazing from the beginning. I had talked to a couple different brokers from other companies and they were not attentive to my specific needs and were honestly rude. As soon as I spoke to Kristen over the phone I knew it was going to be a match! She walked me through the whole process step by step and she answered any question I had no matter what time of day and was so kind. I worked with a hard lender and she was very patient and understanding and formed our seller contract amazingly. It took us about three months from start to finish due to my lender and I just feel she put my needs first everyday of those three months. She had an important appointment the day of our closing and she still managed to stop by and meet us and we got to say thank you in person! 10 out of 10 recommend Kristen F and C21! Thank you

She made great suggestions to sell our home quickly. She was very professional even in the most difficult times and very easy to talk to. She stayed in touch through every little process. She would update us after every showing even if it was to let us know she hadn't heard anything yet. She never kept us in the dark about anything. She never made us feel like we were being too difficult or we were a bother. She answered every call, text, and ridiculous question we had. She was literally just a phone call/text away if we needed her. I cannot say enough great things about our experience with Kristin. She will be our first choice when we get ready to buy our next property. We will highly recommend her to EVERYONE!!
