Not only is she an incredible real estate agent, she is knowledgeable, responsive and very dedicated. She is also a friend who made the experience feel personal. From the first showing to the final signature she was there with answers, encouragement and confidence. She listened to what I wanted and advocated for what I needed. Kristin sent us the listing for the home we purchased days before it showed up on realtor.com. She helped us get our offer in quickly and make the deal despite there being another offer. And she always responded quickly to any questions. She did a great job coordinating several marathons of showings for us which was great since we had a long drive to the area. She is such a wonderful person that we actually had fun during our home search. I think her charm also helped us with making the deal and moving the process along. We will be forever grateful for Kristin's help in finding our beautiful up north oasis. I would highly recommend her to anyone!
