Seller reviewKristine handled all negotiations with difficult buyers like a pro. We could always count on her to advocate on our behalves with a buying agent who was unwilling to budge on anything. Kristine always worked on our behalf and had our interests in mind. Selling a house our size for the price that we were asking is tough in that area. She kept communications open with a potential buyer for 4 months until they eventually put an offer on our house. Most realtors would have stopped communication after the first showing. Kristine was always available to us to talk with either directly over the phone or via email. She would always be prompt to respond, answer our questions, or follow through on any requests we had. Working with Kristine was a pleasure.
