Seller reviewKristine's high number of sales meant to us that she knew her business and works to get sales to happen. She presented us with a lot of information which exemplified her work ethic. Kristine struck us as being all business and that's what we wanted to get our condo sold. We will be recommending her to anyone we come across who is interested in selling in that area. It was a nervous time. Kristine helped us through it. It took longer than expected for offers to come in. That was a surprise all around (all 3 realtors interviewed thought it would sell fast). We suspect it was not a great time of year to sell (Nov-Dec). Our realtor helped us in not reacting too quickly in regard to no offers coming in. Her experience was evident in our selling journey. It was exactly what we were hoping to get.

With this being the first home I sold, the home being in probate and me living out of state it was really important to have good communication and Kristine provided excellent communication. Kristine has a vast knowledge of the area and was able to guide me in the best direction for listing and selling of the home. Her tireless efforts were truly appreciated while we were dealing with issues on the buyers side. Kristine went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and assist me with things that I would not know living out of state. She worked well with everyone involved and got us top dollar for the home. I would definitely recommend Kristine Jukuri Weidner to anyone looking for a realtor.
