Buyer reviewKrystal is by far the best realtor I've ever experienced. I didn't have the best experience starting with buying a house but once I met Krystal my whole outlook changed. She took the time to sit down and explain every little detail of buying a new home and the paperwork that come with it. She is very knowledgeable of what to look for in a home and gives outstanding advice. She took time out of her busy schedule more then once for me and never had a bad attitude and was always positive and uplifting. She is by far the best of the best and I can't thank her enough for all the hard work and dedication she puts into helping her clients. Buyer reviewKrystal did a great job asking what I was looking for in a home so she could send me listings that were more likely to meet my desires. She also asked what I did/ did not care for after looking at the different homes we walked through. As a first time buyer, she was great at explaining things and helping guide me through the process with realistic expectations. She was very responsive to texts and emails to answer questions and set up showings. She was great at helping me work with the bank and making sure everything was ready to go for closing. While I had nothing to compare this to since I was buying for the first time, I think the bar has been set in a good place. I really had no issues with the process and it seemed like things went fairly quickly/ right on the timeline we expected. Krystal was very easy to work with and I would recommend her to anyone else looking to buy a home!
