Our broker was always "upbeat", friendly, courteous, and a good listener. She kept me very informed, and always answered my questions, promptly! She was very clear, from our first conversation, what the estimated sales value, commission, would be. She also explained how they would market our property. Our property sold faster than expected! The process did proceed smoothly, and as she described. Overall, it was a pleasant experience! The other staff, in which I had contact, was friendly, respectful, and promptly followed through on what they said they were going to do. All the staff were a joy to work with! Kunny Brothers is the type of company, that I am very glad, exists. As far as my experience, with them, I would rate them five(5) star plus! Kunny Brothers is a great company, with great staff, great results, and a great experience! I couldn't have wished for any better!
