He knows the area well and knows his stuff regarding real estate. He took me on a few video tours of the property we ended up buying and that was extremely helpful. He helped me obtain a lawyer, facilitated inspections, even found a cleaning service for me, and turned the breaker off, so the electric company could start our service!
