Kyle had excellent communication skills and was always available to answer all my questions, reguardless how silly they were. I have 2 more properties to sell in the future and Kyle is the ONLY agent I will use.

Buyer reviewI went into the home buying process completely blind and Kyle was able to walk me through everything step-by-step in ways that I could easily understand. He was always reachable by text or phone call and frequently reached out to check-in or give suggestions/recommendations. He spent several hours with me (and my parents) touring the condo and they were very pleased with how he handled everything. He helped negotiate a fair price for my condo and was sure to get compensation for any items that were broken or needed to be replaced. When I officially closed, he went the extra mile by helping me unload my vehicle that was filled with heavy items from the move! He is very personable and was always open and honest with me and made sure that I would reach out if I had any questions even after the closing.
