Oh wow, not sure where to even start! Lana was absolutely exceptional from the very beginning of the entire process! The original plan was to sell my house while buying another house. I got completely overwhelmed, anxiety took over and I was not doing well trying to decide on a house while selling mine at the same time. Lana assured me there was no pressure and she would be there to help guide me no matter what choice I made even if I wanted/needed to wait and do one transaction at a time. That took so much off my shoulders. I don't do decisions well and Lana made my life so much easier, stress free and she also helped me find the perfect little home at just the right time! Her personality lights up any rooms, she is kind hearted, understand and very compassionate. I was very comfortable with her each time we spoke or met. Lana was so patient with me. I thought I was driving her crazy with my questions, phone calls & texts yet she reassured me that I was not bothering her at all.
