I have had the privilege of calling Calaveras County home since 1976, and over the years, I've seen our community grow and evolve. My deep roots here and my 45+ years of experience in real estate give me a unique perspective on both the local market and the changes that have shaped it.
Throughout my career, I have:
Served on the Calaveras County Realtor Association Board of Realtors for 13 years Held the role of Board President for 3 terms Contributed for 3 years to the California Association of Realtors on the Forms Committee Raised 3 children in the area, who continue to contribute to this community Proudly owned two local businesses for over 35 years Been a member of the Calaveras County Chamber of Commerce for over 40 years Actively supported local community events and sporting groups as a long-time sponsor Provided a space for advertising local events to help foster a thriving community As a local business owner and passionate community member, I take pride in introducing new residents to the beauty and opportunities our area has to offer. Buyer reviewLa Quita is an excellent realtor. She was very knowledgeable when it comes to how the contracts read. She is trustworthy and let's you know what is important to look at versus what is not so you don't waste a lot of time reading the hundreds of pages that come with real estate transactions. She follows up on everything she tells you she will follow-up on. She acted as my biggest advocate even when it might mean that the sale could fall through. This really showed her integrity and ethics. I sold my home with La Quita and it was a very smooth transaction. LaQuita then worked diligently in finding my new home.
