I have lived, raised a family and worked in the community for over 30 years. I've enjoyed many volunteer projects through Rotary, the Chamber of Commerce Business Women's Alliance, Habitat for Humanity, as well as Leadership Citrus. I truly enjoy helping buyers and sellers in commercial, residential and land sales. I know the community really well and am a great resource for what's available. Seller reviewWe heard of Laura because she sold a neighbor's property. We contacted her more than a year before Dad decided to sell and move back home and she kept in tough that whole time and gave us great advice. When it came time to put the house on the market she helped us price the property to gain interest and we were under contract in less than 2 weeks and closed a month after we listed it. She assisted with negotiations between 2 interested parties and then end result was that we sold it for the asking price! Laura and her team was very responsive and efficient. We would recommend her to anyone!
