You would find me being a mom of my 2 year old triplet girls, Henley, Bailey & Oakley and a dog mom to my fur-baby, Fenway. Seller reviewMy husband and I met Laura at an open house in Powell last summer. At that time, we were beginning our search for a new home and already had a buyer's agent. During our conversation with Laura, we learned that she lived right around the corner from us and was very familiar with selling in our area. When we were ready to sell our home (already had placed a contingency on another home), we contacted her, after researching her successes in selling homes in our area, because we needed to move the process along very quickly. Our house was placed on the market within a few days of us meeting, she held an open house 3 days later, and by day 4, we had multiple offers (all of this in the middle of a snowstorm). She got us premium value out of our home, and we were even able to get $4100 above asking price. Laura did a GREAT job for us and we would highly recommend her to anyone as she was very communicative and readily available to answer any questions we had throughout the whole process! Everything was seamless, from us selling and closing on our former home to taking possession of our new home. It was a real pleasure working with her and we would highly recommend her to anyone!!!
