When we decided to list the property again, it was important to us to select someone who knows the neighborhood and cares about it. It really made a difference. Laura kept us appraised of what was happening with other properties in the neighborhood so that we were aware of where we stood and evaluate our options. This was important to us because we were no longer living in Virginia and not able to visit the property often. Laura was a dream to work with - she went above and beyond our expectations. She anticipated things and assisted us to get the house in shape to list it; helped us find a moving company; and had access to resources to help us with everything from minor repairs to clearing out the home when we sold it. We could not have managed all of that without Laura.
