As a South Berwick resident for 36 years, I have had my hand in residential properties for over 30 years - buying, renovating and reselling homes with my husband Steve - so it was a natural transition to step into the role of real estate agent. With an eye for potential, and experience in designing floor plans both new and renewed, I can guide you through the process of buying or selling a home, with a commitment to meet your needs and desires.
I have been a full charge bookkeeper for our own business as well as for a local custom home builder. I enjoy hiking, gardening, and spending time with family. I have four married children and two beautiful granddaughters.

Seller reviewLaurel Folger was amazing! I had a yard sale a couple years ago, many who came asked if I was selling my home. I said yes, plan on doing that in the near future. After that, I had people coming to my door asking if they needed a Real Estate person to handle my sale and I received several post cards thru mail. I received post cards from Century 21 with Laural Folger picture on it. I had to choose from several post cards and I thought to myself - this lady looks like she knows her stuff - and I was right. So happy I chose Century 21. She was very professional, passionate about her job, and just a kind person - I felt like I developed a friendship after all was done. I highly recommend her!
