Personal Profile
I grew up in south Miami and attended the University of Florida where I received a BFA in Fine Arts. Upon graduation, job opportunities brought me to Atlanta, GA where I lived for 24 years and built a family. The sun, surf and great outdoors of Florida, along with my parents and collegiate family beckoned my return, and was lucky enough to land on the Sun Coast. The Tampa Bay area was an instant hit with my kids and I as it meshed with our laid back 'weekend' lifestyle being in close proximity to famous Beaches, the Arts, and of course Sports.
I have been in the customer service field for over 20 years, dedicating myself to provide the most personal and professional care for my clients. I have initiative, am trustworthy, and will go the extra mile to not only meet, but exceed your expectations.

Seller reviewI highly recommend Lauren Weisman as an agent because she goes the extra mile. She will make arrangements or even pitch in when other services are needed to make a sale work. She arranged for furniture removal in the house she sold for me, she did some last-minute cleaning, and she arranged for repairs to be done. She did all this having a lengthy commute to the home. She is very positive in her outlook and attitude, and that also made a tremendous difference to a pessimist like me. She thinks out of the box and uses unique approaches and ideas. She knows, too, when a client is overwhelmed or needs extra guidance and reassurance. All sales have minor glitches, and we had ours, too. But she handled anything that came up with skill and professionalism. I chose her over both a relative who is in the business and an agent with whom I'd had a long-standing relationship... because I liked her enthusiasm, optimism, and her willingness to work with me and not just tell me what to do.
