I was impressed with how quickly Laurie responded to my inquiry - and paid attention to the questions I asked, and answered them. So many people are just quick to call you, and that is not always welcome, especially when you're inquiring on multiple properties. She was willing to look a little deeper to get me answers to questions that she didn't have directly, and got back to me quickly. Although I didn't end up pursuing the original home I contacted her about - the next time I found a home I was interested in, I contacted her directly to see if she could help me with it, knowing that she would stay on top of things and be very responsive. :) Even though the area I was buying wasn't an area she typically worked in, she was willing to make the drive, and work with the people there to help me out. I appreciated the extra effort. Its sad to say that unfortunately the bar is not set too high with other realtors I've dealt with, who don't return your calls, don't reply to your emails, texts, etc. And, when they do, don't answer your questions in detail, if at all. Laurie was definitely on top of her game, and was willing to find out the answers when she may not have had them, and she was great about keeping me in the loop along the process of working with the listing agent. And, she did it all with a smile, and kindness...I appreciated it all. She was great!

Laurie is a jewel. She helped to make buying our home a wonderful experience. To begin with she LISTENED to us and what we wanted from a home! We looked at number of homes before we found the right one and she was there with us all of the way. Thanks Laurie! Give this lady a raise! She's the best! Great technical and local knowledge.
