Laurisa was very professional and knowledgeable!! She was also patient with us, as this was our first time selling property!! *IMPORTANT* The only reason it took more than 12 weeks to sell was because there were legal issues due to the owner being deceased!!! The land was listed and we had a buyer within that week, just prolonged due to having to go to court for heirs to be able to sell the land!!! Go with Laurisa and you will be HIGHLY SATISFIED!!!
