Hello, my name is Lavada Burroughs McIntyre and I am a professional
real estate agent with Century 21 BE3. I have been in the industry for
8 years and have had the privilege of helping clients in the Northwest
Florida and Southern Alabama areas. Originally from Pahokee, Florida,
my passion for real estate began while I was working as an Administrative
Assistant in a local Century 21 Office and has only grown
stronger over the years. I have a strong work ethic that has allowed me to
assist many client prepare their homes for sale and assist first time home buyers to
achieve their home ownership dreams.
Aside from being a dedicated real estate agent, I have a variety of
interests and hobbies. I enjoy taking long walks, spending time at the
beach, shopping at thrift stores, and decorating. However, my biggest
joy comes from spending quality time with my family and friends.
As an agent, my main focus is on providing an amazing client
experience. I understand that buying or selling a home is one of the
biggest decisions in a person's life, and I am committed to guiding my
clients through the entire process with ease and expertise. My unique
strategies have helped many clients achieve their real estate dreams,
whether it be buying, selling, investing, or even renting.
One of the things that sets me apart in the industry is my experience.
Having been in the real estate business for 11 years, licensed for 8 years,
I have gained a wealth of knowledge and expertise.

Seller reviewI was originally selling my house as for sale by owner and was only on the market for a week. After speaking to many realtors Lavada called me as a local agent with a client wanting to look at the house. Although that deal didn't go threw and After talking to her for a couple minutes i decided to list the house with her. Best decision ever for many reasons.

Seller reviewFrom my first phone conversation with Lavada I knew I was in the right place for our selling journey to begin. We've been long distance home owners (11 hours away) for almost 15 years. I feel like we were in business with every unreliable management company out there. That all went away with my first call to Lavada. It was like connecting with family. Lavada handled every aspect of selling our house. From organizing extensive repairs and making the house market worthy. She went above and beyond with her team to make our house shine. That was a tall order with a home that had been a rental for over 10 years. Not only did we get top dollar for our house I was lucky enough to make a new valued friend that I can't say enough good things about. Lavada is also amazing at being available to her clients. Every question was answered quickly and every call returned the same day if not within the hour.
