Seller reviewBased on our experiences with Lee Ann, I would recommend your company to others. With our first potential buyer, things became hectic with them trying to find the funds, setting up closing dates which they could not meet, delay from underwriters, on and on. Lee Ann handled all this for us and did a great job. We were very pleased with Lee Ann Marsh as our realtor. We ran into some issues with the first potential buyer - set up several closings, all of which did not materialize, through no fault of Lee Ann. However, she handled all the frustrating details with professionalism and feel we were represented well. She kept us informed with each transaction. When the next buyer offered a suitable price, Lee Ann worked closely with us and got us through all details through closing. I would contact Lee Ann should we have more property to sell. I just do not know about all of the details above - I really do not know how much advertising Lee Ann did, but was happy with the overall results and her professionalism. She was recommended to us by another (retired) realtor, and we were pleased.

I doubt there is a more knowledgeable or hard working agent in this market. We will recommend her to anyone we know who is looking for an agent in this area. If you are looking to sell or buy in this area YOU NEED LEE ANN MARSH as your agent!!! In our minds and opinion there is NO OTHER agent on Tybee Island!!!!
