Buyer reviewWe first encountered Lila on a phone convo about some land for sale. She helped us by doing a search for other parcels before we decided to abandon that idea in favor of purchasing a recently built home. She was so knowledgeable of the area we were searching in Callahan & Yulee, we had great confidence in her ability to guide us through purchasing a new build. It was a little unusual in that we purchased through a realtor his own personal home. She handled the situation with class and confidence. She is a seasoned realtor/broker who sailed us through it all & right through closing. The closing happened while her husband was on the ICU of the hospital when she could have easily "bailed-out" on us at the last minute, but she stayed right with us! We cannot recommend her highly enough! Wonderfully competent lady!
