Seller reviewLinda was easy to talk to and very understanding. I felt like I was working with a friend. She was spot on with the sale price she suggested for listing my home and handled every communication with buyers very smoothly. I sold my house quickly and with very little stress. She never made me think she didn't know what she was doing or that I couldn't trust her. She made this a very pleasant experience for me and my family. I would recommend her to anyone!

Buyer reviewLinda is an exceptionally hard working agent who is willing to travel a wide area to help you find a home. If some of our choices were outside her range, that she was quick to put us in contact with another Century 21 office in the area we needed, and had personal contacts in each one. Linda was helpful and very knowledgeable during the home inspection, and always asked questions about issues she had seen come up in the past on other sales. Linda has a great understanding of the current market and trends going on, and used that to help us make smart negotiation choices. I would 100% recommend Linda as am agent to anyone looking for a house.

We liked her, we appreciated her enthusiasm for the house we were putting on the market, and we appreciated her general outlook. After meeting with her once, we knew we wanted her to be our broker. We are grateful for Linda's attention to our home sale. She stuck with it when it proved to be a sale that required her attention for the long haul. We would gladly recommend her to anyone else. It is so helpful to have a broker who knows the history and layout of the Brainerd Lakes area. Linda stuck with us through our whole process, and was continually looking for new ways to put our property front and center in the on-line arena, as well as keeping us posted on the active viewings of our home.

Seller reviewWe have sold our home! Final paperwork was finished today! This has been a long process and we didn't have the best start but I want to say a HUGE thank you to Linda Steffen of Century 21 for being so amazing! We came to her quite upset yet she took the time to hear us out, not just hear us but truly listen to us, and lead us in the right direction. Selling a home when your out of state is no fun and as many people know we have had a lot of things come at us in the last 8 months, but she helped us through it all. She kept in contact and wasn't afraid to give us honest feedback! My only regret was not using her sooner and from the get go... If you or anyone you know are looking to buy or sell a home, I highly recommend her!

Seller reviewWe had tried to sell 4 yrs prior with a different realtor in another agency, sort of felt that we needed to relist with him. However, after further consideration and relationship building with LInda, understood that this sort of situation happens a lot and goes both ways. Was really happy that the other realtor at the other agency sold our house this time around. Top notch! Linda was absolutely great to work with! She's available practically 24/7/365. Very knowledgeable about her business. Always has the answer, if not, she will find it!

She is so involved, caring and knowledgeable about the area, inspectors, etc. And most important to us, she is so great at being responsive and communicative. And we consider her a friend as well. We have and will continue to highly recommend Linda to people we know when they need a qualified and competent, caring realtor. These descriptions say it all about Linda. She is totally ethical as well. The receptionist and staff are always supportive. Linda is so punctual and accessible that we don't interact with staff that much. Again, we would definitely recommend Linda to our friends or family. She is great.
