We located a property that we liked very quickly and even though the seller seemed less than motivated to proceed at a reasonable pace, she helped us to get an accepted offer and worked with our time line since we were moving there from out of state. Linda treated my family like her own and we had a great time working with her. We couldn't have asked for more.

Linda Steffen was referred by a friend who deals with various Realtors as a home inspector. He was "spot on".
