I get to work early, send her a cold email about 7:15a on a Monday and she responded within 15 minutes and that was the first sign of her attention to detail. We have had two wonderful experiences with Lisa Ball and her teams, both buying and selling. Her knowledge, experience, personality and communication skills are amazing. She knows so many people and resources that can be needed during the process and they too are all wonderful. For us, a key difference is her kindness, sense of urgency and a genuine want make the stressful experience as easy as possible. She is just a nice person as well as an outstanding professional.
