Seller reviewFirst of all, Lisa handled both selling our house and buying a condo at the same time. It was key to time selling our house and buying the condo right afterwards. Our closing on the condo is tomorrow. We sold the house about 4 days ago. PERFECT. We also needed to get COs on our house. Her suggestions and resources got the job done. We got 3 COs and 2 Plumbing CofApproval. She got involved when necessary like it was her responsibility. Her support was outstanding. She guided us in the right direction on many aspects: examples: Pricing; Offers; decorating; responding to issues; etc.
