She took the time to lay out the entire home buying process for us in the beginning, answered all our questions, set up house showings very quickly, and made the closing process very easy once we found a home we loved. The thing that stood out the most to us was how responsive she was, often getting back to us the same day. She would make sure to schedule house showings quickly so we had the chance to see homes in such a fast market. Lisa did an excellent job helping us efficiently navigate the closing process. She was an advocate for us and negotiated on our behalf for the things important to us. We really enjoyed working with Lisa and would highly recommend her to any first time home buyers.
