Seller reviewLisa came recommended from one of my good friends. Lisa always was very transparent with the process and her thoughts. I felt like she was up front and honest about my home and the assessment. Every decision that was made we went over pros and cons. I felt in good hands working with Lisa and would recommend her to anyone. I live in Madison so it was challenging for me to know what some of things that might have been done. However we used a lot of communication through texts, calls, and emails to make sure we were going down the right path. Lisa was excellent in all areas. She was a pleasure to work with.

I had actually first approached Caldwell (Tiffany Holz agency) and was very disappointed in the lack of follow up and miscommunication. After meeting with them I never heard back other than the junk mail that they send to my email. I would never do business with them for that reason.....so I was recommended to call Lisa Ihde and I was very satisfied! Lisa was always following up with me and handled all my questions, concerns and everything in a very professional and timely manner. I would recommend Lisa to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.
