Seller reviewLisa Jackson was referred to me from a family member. She was great! Professionalism is important, however, Lisa Jackson was so much more than that. She was knowledgeable in the area, she was on point when it came to pricing, she followed up and followed through on everything she said she would. I didn't have to worry what was going on with my property because she was ALWAYS on top of it. Lisa Jackson went over and above every expectation I had and I would recommend her to anyone. I was selling property not in my home state and she followed up with me every time she sent forms for me to complete to make sure I received them and was always ready to answer any questions I may have had. She was with me every step of the sale and always wanted to make sure I was happy with what she was doing. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who wants to sell or buy a home.

Buyer reviewWhat makes a great realestate person is their willingness to go over and above what is expected of them. To be there for a person who is just getting their feet wet and that would be me. Lisa took the time to explain most everything to me and I needed that. She made closing to go thru very smoothly and therefore I was very happy with my move into Cape Coral. Seller reviewMy house was sold the first time it was shown. Lisa was great to work with and I am going to talk to her about selling another house I have. I have elderly mother that lives with me in Kentucky and I had to leave earlier than I had planned and Lisa helped straighten up some things at my house to make it more presentable to buyers.

Seller reviewLisa Jackson took the time to listen to my needs. She followed up with a card, with a note attached describing her, and her companies capabilities. She is thorough, quick, and uses all means possible for marketing. She obtains comparables, but also listens to the owner when choosing a selling price. Her strategic planning of obtaining video, and pictures of the home is brillant. She made sure she was there every step of the way. Would definately refer her to a friend selling their home. Any company that has Lisa Jackson working for them should consider themselves lucky to have her!

She was always available when we needed her and if she did not know the answer to any of our questions, by the end of the work day she got back with us with an answer.
