Buyer reviewWe moved from Arizona to purchase a home in Virginia. Mrs. Jalufka sent us videos of Virginia properties in advance so we could consider options before we arrived. She promptly arrived at each meeting and was willing to take time away from her planned family reunion to help us execute our purchase decisions. She had excellent personal relations skills and was broadly knowledgeable of real-estate law, procedures, and negotiations. Also, she possesses deep knowledge of different kinds of properties in different Virginia cities. And, she was able to quickly connect us with supporting services including competent home inspectors and an affordable loan company. She possesses the critical knowledge and skills that made our home purchase as simple as possible. Mrs. Jalufka provided excellent services. I would happily recommend her as a buyer's agent.
