Buyer reviewWe didn't have a buyers agent because we like to first meet the selling agent for a showing as they have first hand knowledge of the area and property. If we like the agent, then we would use their services because it tends to expedite the process. Lisa Mckinney has a very nice personality, was religious, professional and knowledgeable. If she did not know the answer to our questions, she wouldn't guess, but rather, find out the answer and get back to us promptly via text or email. We requested her as a dual agent because we wanted her to get the dual commission as she was a nice person and worked hard to meet our closing deadline. Lisa was a pleasure to work with and we would use her again, but probably won't because she sold us our forever home ;-)
