As a resident of LeMars, Iowa, I began my real estate career in 1995 as a Rental Property owner and manager, which I continue to practice today. In 2001 I took my career a step further and became a Licensed Realtor. I love Real Estate and one of the things I enjoy most is the wonderful people I meet! I enjoy helping individuals, families & friends find the perfect home that suits them. My previous experience in customer service and sales is a strong asset to my career. Because I have bought and sold homes of my own, I know how stressful and emotional it can be. Buyer reviewWe are moving from Texas to Iowa and we had a short window to find a place while on a visit, Lisa Messelhiser was the right person for this as she is very knowledgeable about the area as we wanted to find a place outside of Sioux City but not too far. We also had some definite requirements as to what we were looking for and the price range we had was making it very hard, Lisa had many houses lined up and was very patient as we went from town to town, It worked out perfectly and we were able to find just what we were looking for and below our price range. She was very organized, prompt and professional at all times. I will recommend her to anyone looking for just the right house. Thanks Lisa
