Buyer reviewLisa Mills understood the difficulties of working within Laguna Woods Village. Honestly, we didn't really choose a realtor. We saw the For Sale sign and called about it. The listing agent was on vacation, we were shown the house by someone else in the office, then ended up with Lisa. We immediately liked her and felt she knew what she was talking about. This was the first time I'd purchased a home through a realtor. Lisa was extremely patient and very knowledgeable about the Village, which is imperative when buying a home here. She was always accessible and provided answers to my questions in a timely and kind manor. I needed quite a bit of hand-holding during this transaction and she always treated me with respect. Purchase was pretty straight forward. Seller wanted it off his hands, price for a two car garage within the Village was good even though the house needs a lot of work. As I had just sold a home in another city under exactly the same circumstances, there really wasn't much of anything to negotiate. If there had been, I would trust Lisa's capability to negotiate on our behalf.
