Seller reviewLisa was exceptional, went over and above in getting the house in shape for the sale. She had great ideas, took the initiative, was an excellent commnunicator, and an overall pleasure to work with. My mother, whose house was being sold, would have liked her! We are very happy with the outcome and hope the new owner the best. They bought a turnkey property. Could not have asked for a better agent. She shepherded us through every little step and things went very smooth. Lisa was so efficient, we never dealt witht he broker! There were very few surprises, and even then, they were incredibly minor and handled efficiently.

Seller reviewLisa's knowledge of the Laguna Woods HOA sales requirements & willingness to get the required retroactive permits my father in law had not gotten for some of the work he had done was seamless because of the great relationships she has built with the HOA alterations staff. She also did a great job staging the unit to make it very "homey" to prospective buyers. I highly recommend Lisa for any real estate needs you have, particularly within Laguna Woods.
