Seller reviewLisa Peters called me when she learned through MLS that I had allowed my listing to expire after a full year without a sale. She agreed to meet with me the next morning at the property. She arrived at the meeting already prepared with information about the neighborhood, comparable sales in the area, and a well-thought out and thorough marketing plan. Once I agreed to list with Lisa, she immediately went into action, produced a beautiful presentation for MLS with stunning photography which appeared on numerous sites, held an open house, and developed additional awesome marketing materials as well as a two-inch thick notebook containing everything a buyer would want to know about the home which she kept at the property and updated continually. Within four weeks she secured an all cash offer with no contingencies and closed the sale immediately. Do you have real estate you want to sell quickly and on your terms? On several occasions, she met me at the airport so l would not have to catch a Lyft or worse rent a car view homes she had scheduled for showing. She went beyond her call of duty. She was very focused and relentless to find me a nice house with the limited budget she had to work with. I moved from a cold weather state to a home in a paradise setting! My best home ever!
