I love Real Estate! I know you have heard the saying "if you love your work, it will never be a JOB." That is exactly how I feel about Real Estate. I am passionate about helping my clients whether they are selling or purchasing their primary home or an investment property.
Our homes are typically our largest investments, and I am here to help you with this very important time in your life. You can count on me to have the knowledge of the current market.
Unfortunately, I do not have a crystal ball, but I can help lead you through the sometimes-overwhelming process. I am backed by a highly professional team at Century 21 Select Group Real Estate, that is owned and brokered by Dan Jacuzzi. I have been a Realtor since 2004 serving the Sutter, Yuba, Butte and Colusa counties. Having grown up here I know the area well!
As a native of Sutter County, I know firsthand how lucky I am to live in one of the most beautiful areas Northern California has to offer. I love the small-town atmosphere of my neighborhood, and my goal as your Century 21 Select Real Estate Realtor® is to help you find your perfect slice of heaven too.
I grew up on a farm in Live Oak and attended the University of Nevada, Reno on a tennis scholarship. I'm happy to say I am still a lifelong tennis player. I operated a large home daycare for 11 years before following in my brother's footsteps of becoming a real estate agent. Making the decision to obtain my real estate license in 2004 was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I enjoyed serving on our local Sutter-Yuba Association of Realtors Board for 3 years and running the MLS meetings as the MLS chair for one of those years.
Finding a comfortable home or property is so important, and I love being able to help others find what they're looking for. I recognize that selling or buying a home is exciting but challenging. That's why I always stay a step ahead and educated on what's happening in the industry. I am confident that together we can find exactly what you need.

Buyer reviewLisa helped us with the first property we were interested in, that had her as the seller's agent. That one turned out not to work, but I found another around the same time, and based on how great she was to deal with, I asked her to help. Even though it was out of her area, she was happy to lend a hand, and together we were able to close on the place. I enjoyed every single call we had, and she drove a long ways to tour the house-100% would recommend again. I've never bought a house before, and so was completely baffled by the absurd piles of paperwork. 30+ pages? Really? But we sat down and signed everything late in the day (was it a weekend? It's all a blur), and she made it painless. She's so easy to work with, and such a basically stoked personality, that it made the experience way less intimidating. The single best thing she did is make zero attempt to sell anything. It felt very much like having a friend help you make a decision about something important.
