As mention before Lisa was a great agent for myself, she went far and beyond what most real estate agents would have done , she handle everything for me since I was out of town for most of the purchase, he decisions and taste was right on the mark for what I was looking for in my purchase. I am more than satisfied with my purchase and all of the help I received from Lisa. I will as mentioned be using her in my future real estate dealing without any worries of the service I will receive.

Lisa was a real gem to work with. Right from the moment that my daughter and I saw her we knew that we were in good hands. She took the massive list of homes that we wanted to see and went through it with us to make sure that we weren't wasting our time. She would answer our questions and basically tell us what she thought about a place. I remember that there was one house that was on a lot of land and that was what drew me to it. The house was a little small but cozy enough for two people. All I could think of was the size of the property at the time. After we walked through the house she asked me what I thought I would need to do. I told her that I would probably need to tear it down and rebuild, which was not in the cards. She was also able to point out some positive things about the houses that we looked at and was also able to show us some of the things that we should watch out for. My daughter and I were just about ready to have Lisa bid on a house for us but we had just one more to look at. As soon as we pulled up in front of it my daughter and I looked at each other and we just knew this was it. I think even she was amazed at the condition of the house and the price considering where it is located. She put in our bid and worked with us the whole time all the way to closing and beyond. We are so happy with our home that even though it isn't new, it may as well be and the neighborhood is just over the top. Lisa will be the first and only person that I will recommend to any of my friends.

Very personable. Good communication. Helpful both in understanding cost breakdown and selling process. Very flexible and understanding. Although a few visitors felt that the price was too high, Lisa helped us "weather the storm" and advised us to be patient and calculating with our price changes, as we were first time house sellers. It was well advised and everything went great. As I mentioned before, Lisa was very flexible, understanding, patient, and had great communication with my wife and me, every step of the way.
